What time are the services?
Our weekend services take place on Sundays at 9:00 and 11:00 AM. We use drama, video, special music, and contemporary worship to communicate God’s love. The teaching is the same at both services.
Are the weekend services identical?
Yes!
Do you have Nursery facilities?
On Sunday morning we provide a well-staffed nursery for both the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM services, for children up to two years of age.
What about Sunday School?
Our Sunday School is called Kids Connections, and we have exciting programs available at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Sunday for children from age two through grade five. We offer unique ministries for Junior and Senior High students on Sunday. All of our Kids Connections workers have special training and all have passed a police background check.
Any other student programs?
We run complete programs for junior high, senior high, and college and university students.
How do I get connected?
There are many opportunities around Heritage Park. First steps include: attending weekend services, attending a small group Bible study or discussion group during the week. Then let us know when and where you'd like to serve and we'll hook you up with an opportunity to serve God and others!
How do I learn more about what it means to follow Jesus?
First, check out the article on our website titled, “How to Know God.” Join us for weekend services. Our pastor often talks about the steps necessary for following Jesus. Or, you can ask to be placed in a small group study during the week.
How can I obtain more information? Browse our website and click on pages that interest you. Email our church office at
maja@hpac.org if you have questions. Use a Welcome card during one of the services to ask a question, and place it in the offering plate and someone will send you the information you request.
Where does the name ‘Heritage Park Alliance Church’ come from?
We are located on the northern edge of LaSalle near the community of Heritage Park Estates, and fairly close to St. Clair College. The is named for its proximity to its closest residents. The word “Alliance’” comes from our denominational affiliation with The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada.
How big is your congregation? How many people can sit in the worship centre?
Our typical weekend attendance for all ministries is about 1000 people. We can seat 520 on the main floor of our Auditorium and another 130 in the balcony, if needed. A large church becomes smaller as people build friendships and experience community.
Is there handicap access to all facilities at the church site?
The church is mostly on one level and everything is accessible. The balcony and one conference room on the second level are accessible by an elevator. We have several people in the church who use wheelchairs in our building without difficulty.
